Authorities say two Union Pacific employees were killed and three people were injured when a freight train collided with a tractor-trailer and derailed in a small West Texas city.

Railroad workers who are fed up with their demanding work schedules and disappointed in the contract they received aired their frustrations this week at rallies across the country and in a leadership vote at one of the biggest unions.

A neighbor’s home surveillance video showed a masked and hooded man carrying what appears to be a handgun outside the Halls' home.
