Joann’s Fabrics announced they will be closing all their stores following a Bankruptcy Court approval, a spokesperson for Joann’s said on Monday.

U.S. retail sales dropped sharply last month, in part because cold weather kept more Americans indoors and dented sales at car dealers and most other stores.

According to Joann’s restructuring website that lists the locations impacted, 13 locations in Virginia are set to close, including Christiansburg, Martinsville and Lynchburg. It's unclear when the stores will close.

Struggling fabric and crafts seller Joann plans to close about 500 of its stores across the U.S. — or more than half of its current nationwide footprint.
