Salem held its annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Parade in Downtown Salem on Friday night, bringing families downtown for some holiday cheer and fun.

The Dickens of a Christmas tree lighting took place in Downtown Roanoke on Friday. The event brought people to the Downtown area, giving local businesses a quick boost.

People were in downtown Blacksburg since 3:00 p.m. for the annual Winter Festival.
