For 40 years, Jill's Buddy Camp in Salem has helped children with developmental delays prepare for kindergarten, while changing the lives of the teenagers who volunteer alongside them.

Every summer, the Salem Education Foundation hosts a camp to prepare rising kindergarteners for their first year in school through their annual Jill's Buddy Camp.
