Fleming boys win Blue Ridge District soccer title
ROANOKE, Va. – On a dreary Friday night, the William Fleming boys soccer team defeated Franklin County 1-0 to win the Blue Ridge District tournament title. The lone goal of the night was scored by Ernesto Gomez-Meza, assisted by Lucas Blackwell.
The Franklin County girls defeated William Byrd to claim the girls tournament championship and a share of the regular season championship.
