Washington & Lee’s Clemens runs past Roanoke College in 35-14 win

The freshman had 220 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns

LEXINGTON, Va. – Washington & Lee beat Roanoke College 35-14 on Saturday. The Generals were lead in rushing by freshman Ryan Clemens, who had 220 yards on 21 attempts and 3 touchdowns.

Roanoke had a difficult time stopping the run game by the Generals, who racked up 390 yards and 5 touchdowns on the ground.

Washington & Lee moves to second overall in the ODAC with the win.
