ORIGINAL STORY
A vehicle crash on Route 220 northbound in Franklin County is causing delays, according to VDOT.
Authorities said the crash happened at the 50.4 mile marker near Murray Knob Road.
At this time, the north right lane and right shoulder are closed.
The crash also appears to have caused a power outage, leaving more than 175 Appalachian Power customers without service in the area.
